Worst customer service! The rep was so rude from the start and wouldn’t let us speak. Continued to repeat herself over us, instead of trying to hear us out. Next time will just go to the DMV. Get better service there. Lesson learned. Paid for a permanent registration back in April. Was told at the end of the transaction, that they were out of Z tags. The lady said they would call us once they get more, which would most likely be a couple of months, and we can come in and pick it up. Never got a call. Stopped by 4 months later, and they said we have to pay another service fee. On top of the $225 we already paid, to pick up the sticker to match our registration. Not the customer’s fault you guys were out. Shouldn’t be charging the service fee again.

I had a name change and brought all the required documents to get it changed on my drivers license. They refused to change it and said I needed to have my marriage certificate from my previous marriage, despite having my current marriage license showing my maiden name. Drove to Palmer DMV, they got it taken care of with no problem.

I had the person die, with no relatives so just practiced until could sign as well as my own , then did, an unless someone complained. There is no issue. Just don't say anything.
