The security guard was extremely rude to me. Once inside I watched him be nasty to several other people. When not being rude to people he just sat there and goofed off on his phone barely paying attention. Having someone so clearly disgruntled with their situation carrying a firearm is not a good look especially since he's the first contact with this office. The woman that helped me with the stuff I needed was extremely kind. I didn't have to wait very long at all. The security guard really made an otherwise great experience awful. At least it was quick.

I went to the Leesburg SS Office to meet with an agent today. Only 8 people are allowed in the waiting area to provide for safe social distancing so be prepared to possibly have to stand in line to enter the waiting area. Although there was quite a line, it moved relatively quickly. I met with Lisa, who did a great job. She answered all my questions and provided me with very helpful information in a very professional, warm, kind, and beneficial way.
