UPDATE: I don't think we would have been successful owners at this community without the help and consistency of Suzy, the park manager. Due to family matters, we never got to move into the tiny house we had parked there but Suzy made it possible for us to keep the house rented even when we were not available to handle it ourselves. We have spent many weekends staying at the community in the off season (when the tiny was not rented) and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding and peacefulness of the park. Suzy always made sure our area was properly kept up and resolved any issues we had right away - like getting our power back on when we did not realize the breaker popped! +++ This tiny house community is lucky to have such a dedicated manager who also lives the tiny lifestyle and knows how to help others prosper in the lifestyle also! We are partial to this tiny house community because we own and rent out three tiny houses on wheels. It's a small, beautiful property on the locks between two huge lakes so the wildlife and setting is unmatched! The 100+ year old Cypress trees are spectacular.
