City of Jacksonville waste management. Where to begin. I'm going to make it short, there might be some good people that work there. But I have yet to contact any, nor see, witness or even observe. 7weeks I've been trying to get bulk pick up and excuse after excuse. From that's not a city right of way to we don't take it off a trailer. Well sad to say but they have been driving down a privately owned road for the last 20+ years, and after unloading it at the so-called designated drop site they still didn't get it . And twice I have loaded it up and brought it back to my house so we don't look like the middleburg stereotype. To now a so-called supervisor Kevin Clark calls, as possible his work side chick pulls up in the bulk pick up truck and says they don't go down that road. "Never have , never will" , and stated to me my scheduled pickup of over three weeks would not be picked up . That he told the driver not to go down a dirt road. Well she had already driven down one dirt road and was sitting 100yards from the bulk. So now after contacting Mayor Lenny Curry's office, which we see he doesn't care about residents, I have filed a formal complaint and now on FB which I hate doing. But now I see the worthlessness that the city of Jacksonville hires. And also I see why Jacksonville has become littered with trash and illegal dumping. Simply do your job and pick up the trash . But they will be the first ones to ask for a raise.

Never answer phone. Been calling since yesterday. Phone just rings then hangs up. Failed to picked up garbage but got everyone's else's trash in sub division. Let mine sitting in trash cans in culdesac

Friday delivery not picked up.Call Monday morning and no answer when called. Been opened for 1hour. All other neighbors trash had been picked up.
