Why in the hell does it give you an option to access your account via phone number or ssn but everytime i try it tells me it unable to access my account, and you guys should really have a 24 hr customer service.

Call the customer service number, includ the address and pole number. Tag the pole if number plate is missing. Someone will come to inspect it within a few days.
