Dr. Lasalle is a caring professional MD, he demonstrates sympathy and empathy on my medical conditions, in addition he listen to your concerns and provides understanding, and comfort based on the medical records reviews. His knowledge for a better pain free lifestyle and care is amazing, highly recommended.

I have Care Plus which is a Medicare HMO that rolls my Medicate and Medicaid into one. I don't have any co-pays on my visits or my proceedures. Here is their phone number. Give them a call and see if they take straight Medicaid. (407) 622 - 7246

Is there a good pain doctor here?? I moved here recently and need help finding a good/pain doctor

Terry, they have a high turnover rate for doctors and nurses here. Dr. Stephania (I believe is her name) we had a language barrier isaue or she was just playing dumb the one time I saw her. Never met Dr. Caesar but I guess everything goes through him if still there. That's concerning. If spine related pain or stemming from spinal injury, check out The Spine Institute. This location is bad at properly documenting visits. I find they do not listen to concerns as they go by textbook and we are all individuals. The cost of their drug tests you take to receive meds is outrageous - quite a few hundred after insurance. Over a thousand beforehand, Cigna didn't want to pay. Another issue. I would steer clear and definitely read reviews before settling on a pain doctor around Orlando...or any where..
