I asked for a plain 2 patty burger for my son thruthe drive thru. He hates cheese. After a very long wait, I got a burger with cheese. So parked and had to wait again for a plain burger. The people were pleasant to deal with.

This Wendy's was very clean and the burgers were tasty. The only reason I don't think five stars belong here was due to the fries, they were not fresh

This location is awful, unprofessional and filled w/ immature kids who have no training on customer service. Drove up at 9:38pm on a Tuesday and all the lights were off, kid at the window just decided they were closed, although closing time wasn’t until 10pm. I asked to speak to his manager and he responded, “no, she doesn’t want to deal with the hassle”. Kid offered no reasonable explanation why they closed the restaurant down before closing time.

My cashier was Maribella and when I pulled up to the window they just started at me got about 3 minutes while eating fries with the same hands they handle the money with and no gloves while preparing my order. I knew it was bad service when even the manager was just waking around without greeting a person. They just gave me some food after awhile and closed the window without and ofc the order wasn’t made right.
