This bank is the worst. Called them told them I was setting my check up for direct deposit. I was told no problem. Needless to say they actually closed my account 5 days before my direct deposit was susuppose to be to go in.through. So of course I did not receive a check. When I called I was told the check would be sent back right away well guess what, not!!! Three phone call, three different answers. Ridiculous

Horrible experience called ahead saying we will be late about 10 min appointment set at 12pm arrived at 12:09 when I called they said it was completely fine is we were late we get there and Janet the lady that was our banker said she could not take us because it will take to long even though we were blocked off for 1 HOUR called the 360 Grand Prairie location Gerald was very helpful and is letting us go right over to assist us with NO APPOINTMENT so not come here is you want good service

Today January 13, 2022. I am updating my review and I am changing from 4 stars to 5 stars. Yesterday, January 12, 2022, I was in this branch because I had problems with my bank account, and I also needed help to validate some papers. I was fortunate to meet employee Michelle. As a local reference with Google, I say that this employee (Michelle) deserves to be a bank manager for her professionalism in dealing with customers and her ability to provide unparalleled customer service. I'm sure all the lucky customers who meet her leave happily. Thank you, Michell. And thank you for this branch because they open for the costumers during the COVID time The old review 👇 I like this branch. My experience with them is good. I'm surprised because I read some bad review here about an employee in the front desk, I have seen her a lot but I never dealt with her. From my experience, the staff is good, helpful, and they answer the questions. Yes some times we wait long time to meet the bankers, but I think that’s not because of the staff. They can’t fix this problem because of the huge number of the costumers every hour, and this problem not in this branch only. I believe that the staff is trying to complete the customers requests quickly, but some costumers sit down with the bankers long time to finish their businesses..

Never have been treated as badly as they treated me today. Less than a person. A personal banker asks me what I am there for, I tel them, they tell me to wait and they will help me. I waited around 15-20 mins, and then they proceed to come back to explain to me I need an appointment. Why wouldn’t you have stated that to begin with? People like her shouldn’t be in the position they are in. It’s embarrassing and Unprofessional. The anger wouldn’t be there if when I was originally asked what I was needing they would have explained an appointment was needed. The fact they have no respect for you as a person is all you should know. I guarantee they wouldn’t accept that level of total disregard for their time. Wells Fargo obviously needs to be investigated as they continue to show their lack of customer service. Appears the branch manager is not much of a leader if that is the level of service that is allowed.
