1 star sustainability 5 star coffee Went to Wrecking Ball today (April 7th) with my reusable cup and they said they would not fill it up. This is their current policy - only single use cups. Starbucks (Union or Presidio) has been accepting reusable cups for months. At some stores they'll just put your cup into a mug if the staff won't handle it by hand. Can you change your policy or put this on your storefront stating you won't take reusable cups. I'll be pausing my visits until you change this policy. Coffee is great and it's 5 stars. I'll happily update my review to reflect just the coffee as soon as reusable cups are allowed again. Please let me know...
