I would give these guys a zero if possible. Set an appointment, arrived on time, told to check in at the kiosk. They obviously were trying to shut the door 45 minutes after I arrived. They finally said you made an appointment but did not order a test. They then said and we don't do walk ins! The worst part of it was that they were so rude, the guy was incompetent, surly and should not be serving customers. His only interest was in getting out the door as fast as possible. Take your business somewhere else. One of the worst customer experiences you will ever have!

Do not trust estimates given to you from this location. I was quoted less than half of the price of what I am now being billed for. I would not have had the initial lab work done had I known the price would be more than double. I’ve spoken with multiple representatives who have been unhelpful and have yet to resolve this discrepancy.
