First visit today. I'm a 35 year old, 4 time combat veteran. I have horrible anxiety and didn't want meds. I waited far longer than I should have. I visited Hempnotix on a Saturday late afternoon. The staff made me very comfortable, he was knowledgeable and caring. Pointed me in the right direction for some gummies. I've been pleased with the results, the price was reasonable and the shop is well organized and a joy to visit. Look forward to going back in the future.

Would not recommend anymore, I have done a lot of buisness with them in the past, but will no longer. Went in there and spent almost $50 on a faulty battery. Wasn’t able to take it back the next day, but I did exactly one week later as I live an hour away. The guy in there was no help and actually quite smug about the whole thing and neither was the owner, basically told me I was SOL. I didn’t want a refund, just simply for them to make things right. They did not. Bad business practice in my opinion and they lost a good customer. I even left my name and number for and owner to call back, but never heard back.

I was there the whole evening and you never showed up. I can't take care of a situation if you won't bring the product back in for me to look at. I have to see that they are our scales and you in fact bought them from my store. We always try to go the extra mile to take care of our customers even though we have a no return or exchange policy. We are not a big box store Like Walmart so therefore our return policies are not the same and you will notice that is pretty standard with all smoke shops. You should have brought the product back for me to look at before you took the time to leave negative feedback because I didn't tell you what you wanted to hear. I was very nice to you on the phone and gave you the options that were available.
