They need to redo the website if the store is not taking carry out then the website shouldn't allow u to order for carry out. Then manager not helpful at all. Not the best experience at all probably won't be back there again

Food is normally good but it is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone to place an order. We purchased a fundraiser card that has to be used for carryout only. Tried 4 times in the last 10 days to call and was only successful getting someone on the phone once. That one time an answering service picked up after 6 minutes of waiting and once I told her I had a fundraiser card she said she could not assist me only a store employee could use fundraiser cards. She transferred the call and they picked up almost immediately. One other time I called I was on hold for 8 minutes and then they picked it up and hung up. Today after 7 and a half minutes of being on hold I hung up myself. I believe I will just stop trying at this point. Like I said, pizza is normally good but it just isn't worth the hassle.
