Excellent service by Muncie UBIF. Steve and his coworker were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. My issue was resolved in 2 hours! They even helped apply liquid glass screen protector upon checkout. What could have been a stressful experience was so easy and pleasant (especially considering the circumstances of a cracked phone screen)! Steve and his coworker, whose name I didn't catch, deserve a pay raise! :)

Great experience fixing a tablet. Called and got a quote from a call center who told me about a coupon and quoted me the 2 most likely fix charges. Took it to the store, guy checked it in, and it was fixed by the next day for the price I was quoted. Saved money versus AppleCare prices.

This place is a joke took my phone in here for a new battery and now my phone won’t work at all. I’ve been back 4 times because it keeps happening and they keep “fixing it” only for it to shut off after a couple days and be completely unusable. Paid $120 for my phone to stop working. The guy behind the counter even said they were not using genuine Apple parts but they had genuine ones in stock, he just chose to use the cheap battery that doesn’t work. DO NOT GO HERE!! In the total of 5 times i had to go in there i heard them tell multiple customers they could not fix their phone.

I had a great experience with this business. Steve was extremely professional and helpful. He explained everything, including cost and estimated time for repair, in a very straightforward and transparent manner. I took my MacBook in for a battery replacement and it was done quickly and everything works just as it should. Highly recommend!

I'm not 100% sure but I do believe you would have to send that to Microsoft to not void a warranty
Hey Lane, we are a Samsung authorized repair center. Essentially, if you get your repair done with us you know we are using genuine Samsung parts directly from them. We also have have to complete testing & diagnostics that put your device back under manufactueres warranty. Lastly, we have the best prices available.
