I have been calling the Orbit system for three days and finally got through on day three. I had several questions to ask in which the lady was not very helpful and then instead of transferring me to the survey, she disconnected the line. That should not be the case in a survey. My main question is why does the income verification letter have all of my deductions listed? Why does the bank need that information from the state? Please let know this answer and consider a revised letter such as the social Security letter. Thank you.

I would like to say that the worst thing that has happened to the retired state employees is when they switched the State Health Plan from United Health Care to Humana. I am paying a fortune for prescription medicine that wascovered by United Health Care. It is very disappointing.
