If i could give them a negative star I would! This place is HORRIBLE!!! The lady did not understand what i was telling her when i when i asked for her to "crack my back" and she just kept rubbing my back in a back and forth motion without applying any kind of technique or asking where i wanted her focus on. After several failed attempts in trying to explain what i wanted her to do, i gave up. I was even courteous enough to give her a small tip since i was highly unsatisfied in the services provided and she had the audacity to ask for more tip! Some nerve!! Never again!!!!
