Food is decent and the staff is generally fairly friendly. Good place to go if you want some run of the mill comfort food. I’ve tried almost all of the soups with Chicken Enchilada being my favorite. I’m a huge clam chowder fan but I’d definitely say skip it here as it’s not all that great. My wife is a huge fan of the mushroom bisque. Can’t forget those chocolate covered strawberries tho!!!

I ordered the seasonal Thai noodle salad. While the food was just alright, the costumer service alone added a few stars. The noodles were an odd touch to be honest. They took up a ton of space that would have been much better with veggies instead. They were too firm and tasted slightly off. The mango also lacked flavor. That being said, the salad was decent and filling over all. The dressing was really good, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were fresh and crispy. The included chocolate covered strawberry was an awesome touch. My issue was simply that for nearly 11 dollars the food should be perfect especially when it's only salad and can be made at home easily. I would be willing to try again simply because the cashier was super sweet and her costumer service was beyond on point. Next time I will have to try something different for sure though.

It was super crowded when we went in on a Sunday after noon. But the line moves quickly. We got a veggie sandwich and a bowl along with the chickpea soup and a tomato basil soup. The vegetables in both the sandwich and salads were fresh and as such the food was excellent. And so were both the soups. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch/take out. I am not sure how the sandwiches would do during take out/delivery though. Eating it right away seems like the best option.

I’m not typically someone who has food cravings. Well, I wasn’t. Until a couple years ago when I had Zupas for the first time. As someone who is relatively health conscious, but not one to deprive myself of meals, Zupas is PERFECT. I would live in the back if I could. I love everything on the menu - seriously, I’m pretty sure, between my husband and I we have tried everything. Everything is SO GOOD. Fast service, fresh food, plenty of options, delicious house made beverages, and ALWAYS friendly service. This is my go to when meeting someone for lunch, when I don’t know what to do for dinner, when it’s 3 pm and I realized I spaced out on getting lunch. Always. And they never let me down. Actually, I’m probably going to head there and grab lunch and right now 😉 To sum it up - if you haven’t tried Zupas, do yourself a favor and get your butt there.
