been with bank along time. The manager is terrible.......does not return phone call. The phone is rarely answer.......they don't care about their customers...........go someplace else...........wonder if they have high debt problems..........god help the customer is their is a crisis........they won't be there for us...........go somewhere else......I have lots of patiece but this is bad........

Went inside to deposit cash. When the clerk counted the money it was $100 less than myself and my boyfriend had just counted 4x. She deposited what was supposably there then I went to check my car and parking lot to see if I had dropped cash on the way. When I came back in to ask her some questions she was completely rude and said there was nothing she could do. I told her I understood and that it wasn’t her fault I was just trying to figure out what could have happened in that short period of time and she kept snapping back at me. So now I’m out $100 and feel stupid and disrespected. Went out and cried in my car… think I’ll be looking for another bank to transfer to.

So..so..so very slow. All the time. In line at drive thru = 30+ minutes. There is ZERO urgency here. What does USBank do when they shut down the lobby option? THEY REDUCE the drive thru hours. BRILLIANT! Now cue the Usbank customer care team below with a generic ‘we care!’ comment. Better idea = stay open longer or add employees.

Completely irritated with the fact you are the only bank still on shortened hours!!! Businesses can not wait until 9 or 10am for simple things like change! The drive through line is INSANE! There is no logic behind this!! Also, why is the lobby not open yet for walk ins?! Banks have not been hit by Covid, no loss of business, yet taking advantage of the situation to keep your payroll down, clearly customers and their needs do not come first! Looking for a new bank to move all of my personal and business accounts to!
