By far the most difficult Wells Fargo to work with and I have banked there for 37 years. Go to Norma Lane or even the one in Hudson. They absolutely know how to take care of customers. Ms. Kassa and Ms Ann will lose customers for their branch on Currell if they continue to provide the poor customer service that I experienced today. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Plan on a long wait. Slow prior to covid, now an inexcusable 1.5 + hour wait in the drive through. One hour 47 minutes and counting.

Was lied to about details of a loan I cosigned for. Either it was complete incompetence or malicious intent. Either way is completely unacceptable. I went in to this branch to try and rectify. All they could do was apologize. In addition my debit card was canceled due to "risk" of fraud. No details on what the risk was. I never received the replacement card they sent and never got a call about the situation. Again just an apology. I would highly recommend finding a different bank or credit union to do business with.
