Love this place I bring my 2 year old here as soon as he's not feeling well and he always gets the care he needs!!!

I recently came for a medical evaluation as part of a visa application, needed soon for my job. I am healthy and had all my immunization forms plus the results of a physical from last year. I don't have insurance coverage but was able to pay out-of-pocket and, in fact, initially did so. Instead, upon being seen in, I was twice rebuked and asked, "Why not go somewhere else? Why did you come here?!" It was confusing and a bit alarming -- not at all a classy thing to say to someone who goes to an urgent-care in genuine need of help. The answer was that I came because I was trying anywhere and everywhere possible, running out of time and options. Admittedly the form I brought to get signed was a bit confusing, too -- I can't help that. But for my own neighborhood clinic, my reception was not very neighborly and I was also turned away, and so I can't rate it highly. A little courtesy would have changed everything. At least the lady at the front desk was nice. (I received a refund.)

Spoke with front desk at 3:25 and they turned me away and said they weren't taking any patients. :( okay.

This urgent care is good for easy stuff. Colds, Covid-19 tests, screenings. They don't have an ultrasound machine, bloodwork testing or anything for advanced diagnostic tests.

Absolutely! Great office, staff and doctors. You are required to take group therapy but it's actually a plus! Good luck!
Im from virgina but durham is only an hour away so was wondering how much they cost and how much is each visit
Yes suboxone an the woman who owns/runs the clinic is quite amazing an very caring!
No walk in's are welcome
TUESDAY for self pay. Wednesday-Saturday for insurance people. They don't take you on Mondays anymore, just urgent care.
It all depends on your insurance plus $25 for therapy payment. I have hear some people pay around $50 all the way to $150.
Yes once a month up to 60 a month but that's it. U can't get more then 2 a day. Plus they take insurance. That's what I like abt it. I drive an hr & 20mins to get there but it's the only clinc that takes insurance close to me. If u have clean test & all ur wrappers are accounted for they don't bother u abt callin for a count. If u get 3 bad test or wrapper count then you'll get called in for a count. I tell everyone I knw abt them because who wants to go bk every 2 weeks or pay $270.00 a month when u have insurance.
10am you can walk in mon-fri but they prefer Monday Tuesday Wednesday when head doctor is there
10 a.m.
