Service department sucks. They sell good bikes but don’t get it serviced there. Told them it was first time being serviced, brand new bike and they charged me double. Then they were trying to say that the front tire needed to be replaced and that there might be an issue with the chain at first glance. I also, asked if they had military discount and the attendant laughed said no and that he should charge me even more. So not military friendly. Then I asked what type of oil was put in to be serviced and was told kawasaki oil, nothing more. Go elsewhere to get your bike serviced.
