Sushi here was great. The ramen was below average. The noodles were very under cooked to our liking and the broth was thin and had very little flavor. We ordered the Shio Butter Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen.

there's also gluten in the soy sauce that they use to make their broth
Yup they should be.. but calling them up is a better option.
