They are super fast in service and attention. Have been their for enquiring about credit card and Viral Desai and Lashawnda had addressed my queries and helped me navigating the process. The staff are polite and prompt. Excellent job dear BoFa and team.

I’ve been waiting in line for the cashier for 15 minutes. There were 5 people in front of me and the cashier took 15 minutes with the customer at the counter. Another lady and I spoke to 2 if the managers whose only responses were: “We’ll get to you as soon as possible!” There is just 1 window open! Don’t they have enough staff? Why does this happen every time? This is one of the biggest banks in the country!

do I need to claim my savings and my money market account when I file my taxes?

Bank of America only send tax documentation for checking and savings account if the interest gained reaches $10 or more. Whether to claim or not, I would consult your accountant or CPA.
