update: this is a great branch! over the past year since moving over to comerica, Tony & his staff have advised me well. I am so appreciative of their help & getting me into better products that serve my financial goals. Always friendly & professional. always receive great service at this location. manager and staff are all great. i am new to comerica and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a new bank.

I was not able to open the checking account with the promo offer due to some very difficult security questions. Online application process suggested to visit the branch. To setup the appointment-I used the online system. Before lunch I got the call from Tony(Branch manager) and I was setup for after noon appointment. Boom-15 minutes account open with promotion and all the questions asked. What else to expect during pandemic. True 5 star experience.

While I am hesitant about reporting anything good about Comerica as a whole, I must report that this particular location is by far the best. I have never had an issue with Customer Service at this location. They listen and help in anyway possible. Being in the Customer Service field people can be difficult at times however again they help when they can. They should not be criticized as there are rules set forth by the corporate.

I went to co America today 08/28 I tried to open an account with Tony H. the manager there he told me since my DL do not match my current address then I will need proof of residence so when I asked if I could pull up on my phone he said that no he need a hard copy (its 2019 why I cant use my phone and pull It up the website I'm thinking ) instantly I knew he want not trying to help me... he wasn't friendly nor nice he was very off putting knowing that its very inconvenient to have to do all that . I go to my car to get it come back and ask if he can take this he ignored me while on a personal call … I know he was on a personal call because they was talking about someone they know the tone wasn't professional at all and he just laughing having a good old time and etc …. so it wasn't an customer call so Im waiting while being ignored … after waiting for a min and he didn't acknowledge me not ONCE.... I was over it then so asked for the corp office from the teller and I decided to leave RUDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER there i see exactly why they didn't have anyone there and why they have bad reviews i will also be calling the corp office i was treated very poorly today and my lunch break ruin .... that was unnecessary to treat anyone that way ...

Don't know anything about the mobile app. My mother just has a card with them because she gets SSI. She doesn't have a bank acount with them. Im sure the mobile app will be fine just like any other bank. Download to see whar happens.
