I have dealt with repair shops in the past, but this experience was by far the BEST! Mikal asked me to send him a pic of what my TV was displaying, model info. My son threw his toy and the screen is cracked.
I can turn on the TV hear the sounds but screen is all black.

It sounds like a main board Issue caused by power surge, and it could be both power supply and main.
If you bring it in 35.00 dollars for diag.

A bad storm hit in my city. My tv does not turn on even though during the storm the tv had been off. All outlets work and everything else that was connected in the same power cord works properly. What is the issue?

a few days ago it told me there was an firmware update, and now its been stuck on the same "loading" screen for 48 hours. I contacted Sony support and nothing helped. Is this something yall can fix?
