My 2009 MacBook Pro had crashed and I was unable to reboot the laptop. I took it to Sally who was able to recover files from the hard drive. She replaced the old hard drive with a new hard drive. This was done in a short time, approximately a week. I am so thankful that she did such a fantastic job repairing my computer and getting me working again. I highly recommend Tech Mac Repair to anyone who needs any work done on their Apple phones or computer. The cost was affordable for the work that was done in such a timely manner. 👍👍👍

Absolutely the worst establishment ever. The owner is completely unable and unwilling to communicate whats going on and how much you owe. She completely ripped us off and three angry customers as well since i was there within 20 minutes. She charged us a $200 diagnostic fee, then fixed the phone without permission for another $300. Could have bought a new phone easily for that but she mislead us. Not to mention the hours on their site and door are completely wrong so if you want to go by, you need to call and make sure they’re actually working. Can’t speak english very well which adds to everything. As an upset customer she didn’t do anything to help or compromise and said “didnt feel bad”. Absolutely maddening and she wont be in business long.
