Quite capable, they were able to correctly install Windows 10 Pro on my machine, when Best Buy's Geek Squad could not. So I was impressed with that. My computer was an older Acer and they got it up and running overnight. I would advise calling ahead and telling them what your computer make is and what problem you're trying to get resolved. The reason I say this is that they specialize in Dell computers. But obviously they're willing to work on others, mine was an Acer, but note that they are Dell experts. Also they have a number of refurbished computers on sale. Here again you might be able to save some money on a refurbished computer. If these good folks refurbished it; I would say it's in a state of optimum repair and capability when you consider their repair ability and expertise.
