I went in to try to get an issue with my wife's credit card resolved. But instead of a trying to understand my situation the lady I spoke with was sarcastic and would only say I needed to go online or call a number. The reason I was there is that I had already tried to do those things but was unable to. But she never gave me the chance to explain that.

This location has gotten horrible they have 1 person working a line to the door!!! It makes no sense😡 and of course if my transaction could have been completed at a ATM I would not have waited 25 minutes

Not sure if that would be available after hours. You can slide your card in the door after hours and securely. Make deposits inside. There aren't bags on hand inside either.
