Questions & Answers

Does this gym have any treadmill or stairmaster machine. Yes the crossfit&Bootcamps looks amazingly but any cardio machines available here?

I'm a member there. As far as cardio machines there's quite a few choices: rowing machines, assault bikes, indoor skiing machines, and weight sleds. All good options for burning fat and building some muscle too in the process 💪🏽

Hi I was wondering if this is a place for everykind of sizes and shapes?? Im overweight like 50 pounds, and I never trained in any kind of fitness center.
