Had my car towed in the staff assisted me immediately checked my tire they couldn't replace my warranty was checked it was all good my tire was basically replaced for free the warranty coverage is excellent.

Joey was very helpful. He suggested I make an appointment to avoid a wait which was a great suggestion. Did that immediately after getting air in my tire and that rep had great customer service.

They will do free pressure checks and free flat repair but not free rotation if you have not purchased the tires there
It's free, no matter where you bought your tires, as long as it's fixable. They are very helpful and just ask if you might consider buying your tires from them when they need replacing, but they certainly don't require it.
You can do everything online or via a phone call to whichever location you want to visit.
Masks required, 6 feet apart on line required, waiting is outside in parking lot in chairs that are set up 6 feet apart
No alignment services available. I take my cars to Cole's Bros. next to Costco in Victorville. Best guy in the high desert.

No they don't. But they will recommend brake masters and they usually have coupons for brake master's on 7th in vv.
