The mall is set up with booths selling from individual sellers, each item is marked with a booth number and you can shop all the booths. Once you have completed your shopping ypu pay at the front and they track each item sold by the number marked on the sales tag and the vendor is compensated for that sale.
Take a picture of it have a hard copy printed take it into High street Antiques and be prepared to sell both for 25 dollars or less
Yes I did see some last time I was there but this place is huge.
There are many small booths that sell their wares.
I suggest you call them or ck their web site if no one is able to give you a name, like me.
You can rent a booth there, but I don't think they will buy items directly
