I've gone here a few times and I've always received great service. I had to go in today wasn't feeling well and Dr. A was amazing thank you for taking the time to talk and listen not often that happens. If you need care they really seem to care about their patients I highly recommend.

Website mentions Telehealth appointments and when you call they say they don’t offer that service ?! And the Receptionist sounds really rude and like he does not want to be there. Also I have been seen here before and the Doctor made me feel like my symptoms did not matter, I would go to Advanced Medical Center instead of here.

Waited an hour and a half to be seen for routine bloodwork, when I asked for a co-pay refund I was referred to practice manager Karina which possesses a very condescending attitude and was unable to express a simple apology for the wait, instead I was greeted with attitude after asking about a signature.I too work in the healthcare industry and know that this type of wait, especially for an urgent care is both unacceptable and subpar. I’ve been a patient of this practice for few years but experienced disappointment today.
