I been signed up since around March or April was told 6 month wait to get help so far no help and hard to get a hold of a team member

Well even before the pandemic nothing or no concrete information/ assistance was ever really given and since the pandemic no contact at all has been made so it just seems as if any possibility of assistance has been frozen. I called the office today and all that is being given out is a number to text (which the lady on the phone said she would text me but I still have not received anything), and then when I asked are there any other services or info given by this number of office and she said no and will text me number. So this disabled homeless gal I met and am trying to assist basically homeless alliance won't deal with. The lady was rude, short with me and ended up hanging up who told me the only thing she could provide was a number, still hasnt even provided that. So not sure other than 211 for resource listings if there is nothing out there at all for. The homeless.. Sad.

Talked with them to help create a free laundry for homeless. Went no where. Need I say more.
