As soon as I walked in I was walked up on by the lady & the worker across the room doing her nail business, just giving attitude for no reason when no one was talking to her. I just left. Energy was too fake & rude for me. And overpriced for basic plain highlights

Not only was she rude and criticising my mom the entire time, she burned her scalp and on top of that bleached her sweater from the back (mom didn't realise til she was home), very unprofessional! On top of that talking/commenting on matters that don't pertain to her in this case my grandmas recent death you don't know the facts so mind your own business you get paid to do HAIR!!! I had my hair styled here once paid $60 to have hair straightened and she did the same to me telling me about how damaged my hair was etc and how she uses $500 dollar shampoo but its her tactic to sell product. She over charges. You should treat your customers betters without customers you wouldn't have a business so keep that in mind. You do good hair but the customer service is garbage. ***If you are professional like im sure you consider yourself to be you will do whats right and replace my moms sweater since you ruined it by bleaching the entire back of it!! You knew what you were doing, you did it purposely you're not afollowup be waiting for a response.

I came here for a simple cut and was charged $60 simply because she curled my hair added about $30 to the total. Apart from this she took a picture of my hair which was already dyed I saw no problem thought it was for the cut but then saw on her social media accounts that she claimed she had dyed it which is not true and unfair to my hair lady. This is unprofessional for someone to claim someone else’s work, down below it the post she made claiming she dyed it and did a “balayage”. Disappointed and never coming again and suggest people not to go because this lady is a liar.
