Visalia Kia I am so happy the service that they provide in the service department! Eduardo and pat are so helpful and answered all my questions! The buying experience and Visalia Kia was AMAZING. I buy a new/used car every 18 months (on average.) Normally I have zero loyalty to a car dealership, because the experience is always “meh.” That is no longer the case. Working with the guys at Visalia Kia made my fiancé and I returning customers. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and energetic. They don’t drag things out and make you jump through hoops. They were straight forward. very accommodating, and worked with us to get in a price range we were comfortable with for my fiancé’s dream car. Terrible all around experience. Don't buy new kia's from here. Bad customer service and anything under warranty they can't fix. Always have machines down and say go fix it yourself at another repair shop. Try Toyota.

Thank you for this question, we have taken a number of steps to secure the health and safety of anyone who visits Visalia Kia like face-covering requirements for anyone in the building, placing plastic barriers on all desk, increasing sanitation throughout the day for all touchpoints, having hand sanitizer available throughout the store, and asking anyone who comes on-site to answer screening questions to ensure they haven't been exposed, or have symptoms.
It prequalifies you when you meet certain requirements but does not qualify you due to your credit score
