Very disappointing. I paid for four new bundles of hair with Erica and I think she used old hair she had from other customers and also, I only had three bundles when I got home and counted. Another hairstylist counted as well and we only got three bundles in the count. My hair was thin and it did not look good when I left. Update: Erica claims that she put 100 pieces of hair in my head, with a bundle equaling 24 pieces according to her. However, when I got home and counted I had 72 pieces in my head. I went to another extension stylist and she also counted 72 pieces. Erica tried to claim that the reason my hair looked thin was the Tyoe of hair or that my own hair was thin but that’s not the case. I have been getting extensions for 17 years and I know what my result should be. And this was not it. I simply did not receive the number of hair pieces I paid for. I had to pay to go to another stylist to get more hair put in which is what I should’ve had in the first place. In addition, I have platinum hair, and I’m going to have to have the recolor done next Saturday because it’s so dark it wasn’t lifted properly and the extensions show against my dark hair because it was not lifted. I questioned Erica because she only left the color on for about a half hour and I told her it always takes 40 to 45 minutes for it to lift. So now I have to go get my color redone as well.

Hi Carol . Short hair color starts at 65 if it’s a one process color. It all depends on the color you have now . If you’re trying to go lighter and have a dark color already on your hair you would have to bleach then put a color in top providing the color on your hair is not too dark or a box color from a chemists shop . Hi Belinda , all over colour starts at 70 for roots . and 80 for partial highlights . Changing colour would cost a bit more and depending on length .
