Pretty disappointed with the haircut and service I got today. The hairdresser was extremely rude and confrontational. She didn’t cut the layers the way we discussed and after I asked her if she can adjust it, she said NO because that would be a whole new haircut. I’ve never had that experience with Katie and she always told me that if I don’t like something we can adjust it. And this was a simple trim. I even regret leaving a tip!
