Other than the irritation of making you sit outside in a hot car while you wait for an assistant to come out and talk to you and take your pet in for care, I found this location to be a good value for the dollar proposition. We've been going to another well-known vet in the area, and on the balance I found this new location to be much better. Expect to go back there with other pets in the near future.

Good question,never knew a vet who won't take a pet/bill

My cats have a flea infestation and I've tried over the counter medicines and it seems they don't work so well is there something by way of prescription or any other means of eradicating these fleas?

I would add a home fumigation. Set one off, take the cat and leave the house for a few hours. Then wash everything in hot water and see if it helps.
