They have some no.4 size screws but not a hole lot. You might check at Grainger's for small screws
We deal with budget bolt all the time . business wise. I know this guy and usually he and the staff are all pretty helpful. But in this case he wasnt. I would call the store monday morning. I am sure someone else there made him store mananger call and speak to them. Hopefully someone will help you
