Took a brand new Toyota Camry through the carwash. Good nice 3 inch scratch across the hood. Brought it to the attention of the manager Amy. Made every excuse basically even to call us a liar so not to take responsibility. I've never heard any more excuses in my life. She would not do the right thing. The young man that work there said that it happens sometimes. When she found that out she apparently fired him. It's obvious this woman has no character. Had used this car wash for many many years. No problems but in this matter it was so bad that I will not go back with any of our cars there anymore. Update: Still no resolution! Reached out to corporate I assume that's who I was emailing with. There was discussion with the manager Amy and I was informed that no way it could happen because the top brushes weren't working that day. So they're still charging people to go through when their car wash doesn't work. They were handbrushing the cars that day for bugs in the front. Front hood is where I had the scratch. They're saying it's impossible for them to scratch a car with their hand brushes. I can't believe this place. They charge people to go through a car wash that is not working correctly. Continue to deny that it could ever happen. The body shop where we took it said they have fixed scratches on cars from there before and they have paid for damage.. I guess because it was young man they don't care. Stay away from this place and there's better places to get your car washed. 700 to repair scratch! Been getting our cars cleaned there since they opened. The business is apparently not concerned about maintaining their equipment properly any more. My next post will be the email response saying the brushes weren't working that day. Full price half a wash!

EDIT: Changing the rating from 3 to 5 stars becuase of their response to my original measage. And trying to be understanding of the supply chain issues. It's been like 3 months since 2 of the motors in the washers have been down. Not sure if it's because they are too cheap to fix it or if it's just backordered that long. But either way I'm lowering this to a 3 untill they get it fixed. Normally a 5 star wash. But its just upsetting they arnt fixing their own machines. A good buisness has backups on hand.

Had to run my car through twice and it still wasn't clean. Half of the brushes were not working. You need better maintenance people.

There is a wide variety of people who wave you into position. Some are pleasant and smile and clearly direct you into the right lane. Others obviously don't like what they do and it shows in their lack of interest

They close at 7 Sunday thru Thursday and 8 on the weekends. In the summer, they're open an hour later. As far as winter goes, it depends on business, extreme weather conditions, and equipment. Hope this helps!
My Yukon has a 6" lift and I wide tires and can make it thru all in Bloomington normal but the one on main and Raab is lower and not as wide as the other ones in town.
