They close at 7 Sunday thru Thursday and 8 on the weekends. In the summer, they're open an hour later. As far as winter goes, it depends on business, extreme weather conditions, and equipment. Hope this helps!
Sometimes they close early for various reasons. From what I can tell it's because mechanical problems, not enough business, or the closer had to leave early. In the winter time it does seem they close around 7 though. Google doesnt show they have variable or seasonal hours, but if it's cold get there before 7pm
I am not sure when you were there it could have just been the holiday hours. I have never seen a sign so I thought they were open until 8 p.m. still maybe not
