Londyn Home Health Care

Ten years ago when I was 18; I was given the opportunity to work here. I came in with no experience and completely clueless about the healthcare industry. LFM trained and certified me to become a CNA. Now that I’m 28 and have owned a Homecare Business for the last five years, I reflect and I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to be apart of their team. The training and time they invested into me when I was a young girl has allowed me to grow beyond measures I could never imagine. Little Flower Manor molded my level of care to an extreme. Because of that I will always speak highly of them. They invest in people and people are the business. A team of staff who feel worth it, will always provide quality care/service.

I just wanted to express my most heartfelt gratitude for Brenda who has been caring for my Aunt at Little Flower. Brenda has shown the best love and care and respect and it comforts my heart to know that she was there for my Aunt during her stay. Thank you for your compassion and wonderful care, Brenda.

Little flower ! Where do I start? You guys are the worst nursing home I ever worked for. I liked yall at one point, I'm not going to lie. Only because I needed to gain experience to get to the wonderful and bigger company I work for now , which by the way pays for my nursing school. They love to have those mandatory meetings all the time to be better and do better. But that's a joke. Management and the cnas love to gossip about everybody and everyone and even love to accuse people without any proof. I'm praying and still praying that you guys will one day get it together and treat the GOOD CNAS AND NURSES with respect. The only ones I feel bad for is the residents. The cnas do not give top quality care, they talk about the residents in the hallways, they argue with each other. I mean it's ghetto. It's unprofessional. Call bell lights are ringing all the time. I mean falls happen all the time. I mean I believe maybe manor care or Saint Francis WHICH ARE DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM. Their PROBABLY ALOT BETTER. YOU FIRED A GOOD ONE LITTLE FLOWER MANOR. Who actually loves to work with people and gives top quality care. BTW! I never gotten fired or written up from a job before I came to you guys. So this should tell you something. I wasn't the problem. I could have sued If I wanted to and actually had spoke to a lawyer about it. They wanted to pursue but I'll be the bigger person. STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE FLOWER.
