My husband was at St. Francis during the summer of 2022. During this time he had to be admitted to the hospital and his things were removed from his room, when he returned he discovered money was missing from his wallet and his personal walker was missing. The cleaning of the patient rooms was almost nonexistent. I won't say the entire time was horrible. But what I will say is that the administration is very unresponsive. Concerns are pushed aside and phone calls are not returned since no one answers the phones except the front desk.

The staff at St. Francis are amazing! They do such an outstanding job taking care of my great aunt. Whenever I come to visit, I'm always greeted with smiling faces. The administrative staff made admission so easy and painless when my aunt first came to the facility. We're so pleased with the overall experience. Thank you St. Francis for all that you do!

Don’t let your loved one come here. Ours came here and died! We were forced here and it was awful! The place is run down. Gnats flying around and mouse traps in the rooms. They don’t care about the patients and have no regard for family. They don’t give you updates or even come into the room when you’re visiting. Short staffed with nurses it seems but aides just standing around and roaming the halls. Some of the nurses seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. When giving medications I could have done a better job! Very few of the staff were friendly. Some nurse who seemed to be in charge or thought she was In charge had a poor personality and needs to learn how to communicate properly with patients and family. They let our loved one die because they were running out of beds and needed room for more money, I mean people!
