I just want to say thank you to my caseworker D. King for being so kind, helpful and understanding and pleasant on the phone. It means alot when you are going through tough times and need assistance. I would like him to be recognized for his wonderful Service and helping me renew my benefits.

I’m so disappointed in the Walfare office in Vineland nj, they keep messing up people’s paperwork & not giving people there benefits. Something needs too be done

It's almost impossible to get any one to pick up. If you need to talk to someone you have to go in, sorry it's no way around it.

I walked passed the office the other day and it appeared to have signs on the window about wearing facial mask...so they might be open ! There is also a State Wide number for welfare ...i believe is 1-800-692-7462 . call that number and they will send you a new card.

You have to go down to fill out a application and give it to the lady at the front desk they will say to you somebody will call you for an appointment and they will let you know what you need.
