This company isn’t organized. When you call asking for work /availability they never return calls. This company barely has work . Also recruiter have their favorite employees.Such as people who will accept any assignment with less than a 2 hour notice . I’m certainly not available when an employer calls me with a short notice.When it comes to getting paid you don’t always get paid on time . If you have trouble with the new time clock you can’t use a time sheet from the facility proving you worked . Just chalk it up as volunteering because you won’t get paid .

They're a terrible employer. They never have any available work, you'll wait weeks into months to get a permanent position (or a position period). They don't return calls. When you do get in contact with somebody & ask them to do something they never do it. You have to call repeatedly just to make anything happen. Even switching offices didn't help. I'm still going through the same thing.

The service that Maxim provides is exceptional. My recruiter, Kevin M, has worked diligently to find continuous work for me as an agency nurse. He sends me emails with the dates available at least a week in advance so I have plenty of time to decide on which position to accept. If any issues come up, I’ll email, text or call him; Without fail, he always resolves the issue; Then goes the extra mile to follow up with me. During the days of Covid, no one ever mentions the medical or nursing staffing agencies, or how hard they work to staff hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, home health care, etc. I definitely appreciate the work they’ve done on my behalf.
