Didn't want to givee a cup of water at the. LAGUNA and hwy 99 local even threatened to call the police because I wouldn't move on from the drive thru line. Sorry but I called corporate.....I can only imagine how this FULL FIGURED INSULTING MANAGER TREATS AND TRAINS HER EMPLOYEES. GOD HELP THEM

Worst McDonald’s in the area, and that’s saying a lot. Poor drive thru management meant one side got served while the other line just waited for four cars. Messed up our order, and also charged us a dollar for extra sauces that we didn’t ask for and didn’t receive.

I ordered 20.00 worth of food and the manager said I couldn't have any sauce for my food she wanted to charge me 27cents each I'm done with mcripoffs.I have since gone to different locations and this is isolated to Mitchell hatch location all others volunteered sauce.Is this bad management the sauce makes the sandwich

Yes, this location does. The one on Florin Rd does too. But between the two I believe the Elk Grove location is kept cleaner. The one on Laguna has a play structure but it seems louder there. It echoes. I really prefer the setup at the Elk Grove Blvd location is best too for seating, and bigger play structure.
This location has been the most favored of our family for the last few years. The kids love the new play structure and it is definately cleaner then any of the other local places that offer a place for kids to be indoors and play safely
