Peter kept me informed with every detail of my case. He consulted with me before making any decisions. He listened to my concerns and respected my wishes. Peter is very knowledgeable and informative. He was also willing to assist me during and after working hours. If you are looking for a lawyer, I highly recommend Peter.

It's a very worst company. I made a call even they noted as 24 hours. One lady answered the call and rudely said now closed. She should be fired otherwise this company should be skipped by customers luckily.

Lauren Nelson Esq has been a wonderful lawyer whom I have received excellent professional and competent services in a timely fashion. What is more, I'm hearing impaired and he is very accommodating to me to use texting and emails to facilitate my case. He is warm, engaging, and goes beyond what most lawyers do to make me feel at ease with my questions. i highly recommended this firm!

Questions & Answers

Can my Personal Injury case go to trial?

Marilyn Peter | Sep 25, 2021
Edelstein Martin & Nelson, LLP | Sep 25, 2021

The vast majority of personal injury cases don’t go to trial. Most resolve by settlement before the trial date arrives. A case is most likely to go to trial when the facts are in dispute or when there’s a contested legal issue, and the court may rule either way.

What are my initial steps I should take after a personal injury?

Mathew Nunley | Sep 25, 2021

The very first step you should take after sustaining injuries from an accident caused by another's reckless or negligent behavior is to obtain medical attention. It is important to follow the doctor's suggestions and take the necessary steps to recovery. You should be keeping a clear record of your time missed from work. You should also look into contacting an attorney from our firm to help you achieve the best results.
