The web site stated the following: Battery Replacement Of course we have every battery for every watch, and all the tools to install a new one while you wait, at a price that beats everybody else. At Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, we go way beyond that. Quartz watches are generally reliable, but over the years problems can develop. NOT TRUE.... they send the watch out and can take a week. Why advertise on your website "WHILE YOU WAIT" ?????

We went this past weekend and they let us try on rings. We just had our mask on! But there was no pushback and they were super kind!
Yes you can, but I believe they will buy your silver for what ever the price is then sell you the gold you would like to buy.
Unfortunately they don't, largely due to the process of extracting the true silver from the item.
Dallas gold and Silver will give you a fair price
I would still check with them. If they don't they can certainly tell you who to go to. The staff there is very helpful.
