No, they don’t deliver but I flew to Dallas for $62 then took an Uber to the dealership and drove my new car home. Couldn’t be happier with my decision.

In my experience they'll say anything to get your money. They don't seem to have the integrity of many family owned dealerships.

You will likely need to call and ask them. I can't find anything explicitly stating so on their site; but given what I have found about qualifying for the program (https://www.tceq.texas.gov/airquality/mobilesource/vim/driveclean.html) and what I know from my experience with driversselect, I'd be willing to bet that it is more likely than not that they do participate in the program.

The sales rep can run the numbers & tell you which financing company offers you the best interest rate and show you how much your monthly payment will be for zero $ down or $500 down, ect.

Yes you can use your own finance; HOWEVER, not every bank is willing to work with them. For example Chase bank would not, because of the way drivers select wants to do it. Drivers select make profit out of financing, and they will pressure you in all possible way to use their finance sources while creating all kind of issues for outside finance. TOU CANNOT PAY OFF THEIR LOAN EARLY WITHOUT PENALTIES
