We were in town for a wedding and picked this hotel based on the location. The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaner than some expensive places we’ve stayed. The room was what you’d expect from a budget hotel and it could use a few updates (there was an outline where artwork used to hang on the walls). But it was quiet and the bed was comfy, so we were able to get a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Our power was out for 60hrs due to a bad storm. We decided to book a hotel the second day so that we could have a warm, fun day swimming, using a hot tub, showering, and warming up. So, I checked online for hotels in the area that had pools and hot tubs at a good rate. This one did! Perfect…or so we thought, so we booked it. I booked a room (through a different site) and then called to see if we could check in early or at least come swim until our room was ready. I was told that the pool and hot tub were down (even though the website doesn’t indicate that). I immediately asked if I could cancel. Even though my booking hadn’t even gone through yet, I was told that because it was less than 48hrs, I wouldn’t get my money back. The site I booked through tried to discuss it with the hotel owners who were not willing to flex on their cancellation policy. I also tried to call and follow up with a manager at the hotel and there was no attempt to make it right. So, this was a nice topping to a terrible week. We will never be staying here or recommending this place to visitors.

Book your room directly through the hotel, Don't reserve online. They didn't have the room I reserved online, and the place was packed. No jacuzzi room ☹️ But got charged for one. Not happy! Nice place otherwise, maybe next time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and the pool was amazing. Actually 5 feet deep which is always my favorite part of hotels. Front desk was so so so nice and accommodating. Went above and beyond to get our rooms ready. I’m usually nit picky with hotel cleanliness but this place impressed me how clean it was. We will definitely be returning but the next time we’re booking the fancy jetted tub and fireplace suite.
