By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The person taking orders at the drive through did not realize that his menu offered a chicken version of the particular sandwich I ordered and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to get what I wanted. (Mind you the option was number 11 on the menu). When he took payment he snatched my credit card from my hand and was extremely rude. This location needs to work on their customer service skills. I will never return. I’d much rather go to Chick-fil-A next time since it’s only an additional 2 minute drive.

Why would I write a review for a random Wendy’s? Because this Wendy’s had the NICEST management/workers I’ve ever seen. They were kind to me, my toddler, and all the customers. They were so patient with a prank caller and angry mobile order mess-up. So responsive to us and have everyone special treatment. Clean restrooms and dine-in space. And all during the dinner rush! Wow!

The service people were efficient.. my fish sandwich combo was good, but expensive. A small chocolate frosty changes negatives into positives! Lol.. a clean environment.
